The text, photographs, the Say It method and the branding on this site belong to me, except where they obviously belong to someone else — client logos remain the property of those companies and appear here to show who I have worked with, not to imply any endorsement of this website.
Reviews and recommendations are reproduced as written. Where a quote has been shortened for length it is marked with an ellipsis. Nothing has been reworded.
What this site isn’t
The content here is general information about coaching services. It is not legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from someone properly qualified in those fields.
Coaching is not therapy or counselling. If what you are dealing with needs a clinician rather than a coach, I will say so.
No guaranteed outcomes
Coaching works when the person being coached does the work. I will bring experience, honesty and whatever I have got, but I cannot and do not guarantee any particular result for your business, your career or your team.

Where this site links somewhere else — Calendly, LinkedIn, Google — those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their content.
Availability
I will keep the site up and accurate as best I can, but I do not promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
