I’m an Executive, Leadership and Team Coach, and before that I spent my working life running companies of my own. That order matters — almost everything I know about business, I learned by getting it wrong first.
Clients get a coach who has sat in their chair.
How I got here
I started my first business in my bedroom at 19 and sold it at 23. I went on to build two more — one from two people to 38, the other from 15 to 400 with offices worldwide.
I’ve been coaching for 18 years, and had already been doing it for several years before I sold my last business. So the coaching didn’t start when the running stopped. They overlapped.
What I actually do
Three things, and they’re more connected than they look: coaching senior executives and leadership teams, helping SME owners reset and grow, and fixing cultures that have drifted.
Don’t let one put you off the other. I work with some large global brands. If that makes you think you’d be too small, or that I’d be too expensive, neither is true.
How I work
Directly. I’m not going to sit there nodding and reflecting your own words back at you — you can do that on your own for free.
If I think you’re wrong I’ll say so, and if I’m not the right person to help I’ll tell you that too.
Where I work
The UK, Europe, the UAE and Japan. I’m based between London and Hertford, and a lot of the UK work happens in person.
I’m also BIMA’s resident coach for the UK digital industry, and I assess developing coaches through London’s Business Coaching Academy.

I’m passionate about senior executives performing at their best, and about what honest communication does to a culture. I’m just as passionate about small and medium business owners — I’ve been one for most of my life, building from scratch and taking over companies that were struggling.
