Culture Transformation
You’re in a business where the culture has slipped from something that used to be really good. Now departments barely talk, people keep their heads down and do the bare minimum, and everyone goes home with a story about it.
We’ll get people saying what they actually think again.
The Say It method
Say It is the method I built for this. It isn’t a values exercise and it isn’t a poster campaign.
It’s a practical way to have the conversations that get delayed, diluted or avoided — and to shift the behaviour that follows them.
Where it starts
Usually with the leadership team, because that’s where the silence starts. If the people at the top are working around each other, everyone below copies it.
No amount of team-building further down the business will fix something that begins at the top.
What it looks like
Sessions with the leadership team, workshops with the wider group, and one-to-one work with individuals where it’s needed.
How much of each depends on what’s actually wrong, which is why the first conversation matters more here than anywhere else.
What changes
Underperformance gets addressed instead of tolerated. Departments stop blaming each other. The thing everybody already knows gets said in the room.
Culture follows behaviour. Change what people do and say, and the culture catches up — not the other way round.
